Important information about your bank feed in QuickBooks

Welcome to the Open Banking drop-in session.

 

We’re updating our bank feeds to comply with new Open Banking regulations. Please post your questions below  👇


Your bank account is not currently supported with Open Banking.  As your current feed does not meet the new standards, it will be turned off on 13 March 2020. We will delete any banking credentials you shared with us in the past.

 

We're working closely with banking product banks and financial institutions to provide Open Banking connections for as many as possible.  

 

Please continue to import your bank transactions using data uploads until your new connection is available.

I've just joined QB and trying to add my accounts. The Cooperative Bank doesn't seem to show up in the list of available banks when adding an account...is that crrect?

    Hello MattLeach, 

     

    Yes, The Cooperative Bank feed has been removed for now. We're still developing the new connection for the Cooperative Bank. You may get messages from the bank asking you to reconnect to the new connection. To help assist when checking if the new connection has been updated please see link for Bank connections. Thanks
