Thanks for getting back to us samantha-seddon-, if you have your banks mobile banking app installed on your phone, please temporarily uninstall this and then add the connection on the QuickBooks app (you can then reinstall once the connection is complete). Alternately, please try adding the connection via the web on a laptop or desktop device if you have this available. 👩💻
