Is anyone else having problems with QB where it will not allow you to reconcile the Bank ? will not go any further after you edit the balance and the date

To confirm if the cache affects the reconciliation flow after modifying the balance and date, let's use these keyboard shortcuts to access your account via an incognito or a private tab.

 

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

 

If this works, clear the browser's cache to start with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.
