Is anyone else losing Bank connection everyday? Banking with Co-Op.

We had this problem in 2023 but it seems to have come back. 

The bank connection is being lost everyday and we are having to reconnect. There is no error and therefore quickbooks are not accepting that there is a problem. We can't be the only ones?

We're not aware of any current issues impacting the bank connection for the Co-operative Bank in QuickBooks Online. 

 

Please confirm the account type that you are trying to update: Personal, Credit Card or Business Banking. Please note, Personal and Credit Card accounts use a different connection type called Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) to connect, meaning you'll need to enter your user ID and password when updating transactions.
