Is anyone having issues with bank transactions not working?

If you're experiencing issues with your bank connection, please check your bank's website to see if there's any ongoing server maintenance that might be affecting your transactions.

However, if there's no ongoing bank server maintenance on your bank's end, you can reconnect your bank.

Here's how:

1. Navigate to Transactions and choose Bank transactions.
2. Click on Connect account.
   • If you've previously connected an account and want to add a new one, select Link account from the New transaction dropdown.
3. Choose your bank and then click Let’s go.
4. Review the terms and conditions, then click Agree.
5. Click on Sign in and enter your online banking credentials. Follow the prompts to connect your bank. Note that your bank may perform additional security checks, and it could take a few minutes to establish the connection.
6. Select the account you wish to connect with QuickBooks (such as savings, current, or credit card).
7. Choose the date from which you want to start importing transactions into QuickBooks.
   • Note: Depending on the bank, you may be able to download transactions from the last 90 days up to 24 months.
8. Click Connect, then select Done.

If transactions are not syncing from your bank to your QuickBooks, we can proceed to refresh your bank connection.

1. Navigate to Transactions.
2. Click on Bank transactions.
3. Choose Refresh.
4. After refreshing, check the For Review tab to see if the missing transaction is visible.
