Is Barclay Card no longer supporting connections with Quickbooks - tried twice to reconnect and got this as reason?

Yes, QuickBooks still offers the Barclay Bank. When you connect your account, make sure to select the correct link or try all the possible links. Some bank has multiple names on our list. This might be the reason why you can't connect the account.
