Is there a way of unmatching a bank transaction that has been manually matched? Thank you

Yes, there's a way to undo the matched transaction from the Banking page. Please check out these steps:

1. Go to the Banking page.
2. Click on the Reviewed tab.
3. Click on the Undo link for this transaction. 

Once done, it'll be back to the For Review tab.
