Question

It says that Metro Bank is available on open banking but I can't get my system to update to receive the feed, how I can I force it to do it?

Hello info1053,

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community. 

 

You should see a banner to upgrade the feed on the banking screen when signed in on a browser when this becomes available to you. 

 

If you don't see this prompt and are unable to update the existing feed, you can disconnect this by going to the pencil icon on the bank account > edit account info > select disconnect on save.

 

You can then add the new connection from the banking page - during the connection, you'll be asked which QuickBooks account to link this to and you can select the existing chart of account that you were using on the original connection.
