I'd like to provide some insights about missing transactions and accounts on your banking page in QuickBooks Online, @carlpottle3-gmai.

When you link your bank account with QuickBooks, transactions are uploaded into our system automatically. The transactions imported depend on the data that your bank will share with us.

I suggest starting a manual download of your transactions. Please note that you're unable to download bank data past 90 days. If you'd want to you can manually upload transactions older than 90 days.

Every night at 10 PM PT, QuickBooks downloads the most recent transactions from the majority of banks, however, some may take a bit longer. Do a manual download if downloads appear to be stuck or if you want the most recent transactions available:

  1. Open the Bookkeeping menu, and click on Transactions.
  2. Then choose Bank transactions, or go to the Bank transactions menu.
  3. Click on Update once done.

If you're still experiencing delays on the upload, the problem may be is with your bank's end. To do so, log in to your bank's website and get the URL QuickBooks uses to connect. Also, if you've updated any information recently with your bank, make sure to also update it in QuickBooks. You can do that by clicking on Edit sign-in info on the account tile.

Lastly, I recommend accessing your account using an incognito page. Sometimes stored cache can cause problems in the browser. To check if you're having browser-related issues reason why some accounts are not showing as connected to QBO.

You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts to access one:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
  • Command + Shift + N for Safari

If it works, then you'll have to return to the main browser and clear its cache. This will prevent unusual browser behavior moving forward.

If not, you can try using other supported browsers.
