I’m new to this. I’m trying to link my Santander business account but Quick Books are only finding my E Saver account so I currently can’t link my account. Santander say it’s not a fault with them as my account is live and listed.
can anyone help? I can’t get through to anyone online at quick books.

Hi DonnaMichelle, thanks for joining the Community - we offer connections to Santander business and personal bank accounts; please try connecting via a different web browser/incognito window and ensure that you're selecting the option for Santander and Cahoot (UK). If you're still unable to connect following these steps, get back to us below. 🙂

Hi Georgia

thanks for your message. I’ve tried a different browser and unfortunately I get the same. It’s saying I only have one account, which is my E saver. This isn’t the case as I also have a business account. Not sure what else to do?

Hi there, @DonnaMichelle. Thanks for updating us after trying on a different browser.

To clarify, are you using QuickBooks Self-Employed or QuickBooks Online? I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support team. This way, they can take a closer look at why you can't connect your Santander business account. They'll also raise a ticket to our engineering team if needed.

Here's how:

  1. Go to this link: Contact Support
  2. From the Which product is your question about? dropdown menu, select QBSE or QBO.
  3. Enter your concern and click Continue.
  4. Select a way to connect.

Meanwhile, you'll want to download your transactions from your internet banking website into a CSV file. Then, upload it to QuickBooks. For the detailed steps, click on the link below for which product you're using:
