I do not yet have a QuickBooks account but I am seriously considering it. Can you tell me if I can initially add my info manually and then, at a later date, link it to my bank account?

Thank you for considering QuickBooks as your accounting software to help mange your business, @EWS50.

Yes, you can. Linking your bank account for online banking to QuickBooks (QB) is optional. I'll provide detailed information to help you get started in QB seamlessly.

By connecting your bank or credit card account to QuickBooks, your transactions will be automatically downloaded, allowing you to streamline your bookkeeping process and save valuable time. If you choose not to link your account, you'll just have to manually enter all your income and expenses.

If you're interested in exploring QB without a subscription, you can start a free trial by visiting the QuickBooks pricing page and selecting the Free for 1 month option.

When you're ready to purchase a subscription, simply return to the same website and choose a plan that suits your needs.

Additionally, I've included some articles to help you become familiar with the main features in QBO:

If you have any other questions or need further assistance with bank integration in QuickBooks, please feel free to return to this thread and I'll address your concerns promptly.
