Lost Bank Connection

Hi

I lost my Lloyds bank connection to QuickBooks self employed some months ago and every time I try to reconnect it says to try later with error code (590).  Anyone have any ideas how to sort this out?

Let me help share information about the error you received so you can connect back with Lloyds bank in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

Error 590 in every bank connection is a short-term problem and will automatically be fixed after 2 days. Learn more about the bank connection error with this article: Open Banking Connection Errors.

 

Base on your initial post, I can assume that the error has been on-going for quite a while now. That being said, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. From there, one of our live specialists can help you investigate the root cause of this bank connection error.

 

To do so:

  1. Go to Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter Talk to a human in the Search field.
  3. Click Message an agent, Call an agent, or Get a callback.
