I have cleared the history and the browse button is still not working.  I cannot upload the file with transactions.  My bank link will only take over the last 12 months' data.

Thanks for letting us know that you've already cleared your browsing history, JacquelineG.

Another recommendation that can resolve common banking issues is to switch to an incognito/private session or use a different browser. Follow these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito session:

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P  for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari
  • Ctrl Shift P for Microsoft Edge

Once done, log back in to your account and upload your banking transactions again to if the Browse button is already working.

Just in case you're still getting the same issue, please contact our chat and phone support teams. They'll take a closer look at this to determine what's causing and sort it our for you. Here's how:

  • Click Help in the upper right-hand corner of QBO.
  • Click Talk to a human, then type in Talk to a human.
  • Select I still need a human.
  • Click Contact Us.
