May mobile app is not synced or data is not updated with the online version

Hi there, finnandco.

 

Is this the first time you're signing in, or has it been a while since you last signed in to your QuickBooks Online account in the mobile app? If so, the new data will take a little longer to load. Please make sure you're connected to the Internet, so QuickBooks Online can get your data.

 

In the meantime, you can manually refresh the data by following the steps below. Note: This might take a few minutes.

 

For iOS:

  1. Tap the hamburger icon located on the left-hand corner.
  2. Scroll down to Help & Feedback.
  3. Then tap Refresh Data.

For Android phones:

  1. From the overflow icon on the upper right of any screen, tap Settings.
  2. Then scroll down and tap Refresh Data.
