Memorable information

HI There, I am new to this and want to connect my bank account.  I seem to fail when it comes to the field with memorable information.  I have tried a few options but really can't remember what I put as the bank so far didn't need to ask me any of the questions.  I will certainly remember if asked.  What do I do?

    Can I please confirm which bank you are trying to connect with the memorable questions will be the same as the one associated to your online banking account. You may not be able to see these messages if you have a pop up blocker. Could you please send a screen shot of what you are able to see during the process?
