Hi there, @swingout21.

 

I'd be happy to help you with how to make your bank transaction update in your QuickBooks Online Mobile App (QBO App). Also, make sure that the bank transactions have been updated on the QuickBooks website before doing the following steps in the QBO App.

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Transactions.
  2. Locate and tap on the Bank account you want to get bank transaction updates.
  3. Tap on the three vertical dotted line on the upper right corner.
  4. Select Refresh.

 

Check if you're able to get the updated bank transactions. If not, let's perform the App troubleshooting method.

 

If you're using an Android device, go to the More Options ⋮ menu, then select Settings. Tap Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.

 

For iOS, go to Menu ☰, then select Help & Feedback. Look for Refresh Data, and then tap Refresh.

 

Once done, re-open the app and log back into your account. Then, check if you can already see the bank transactions. If you can't still see them, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the app.
