Money from previous bank account before I had quickbooks

Hello,

 

I hope someone can point me in the right direction with how to categorise money that I moved over to my new bank account in a lump sum. It shows up on QB waiting to be reviewed but i’m unsure what to show it as so it all adds up properly.

I'm happy to see you coming here, @SteJ. I'll give some information about money transfers in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

If your transferred money consists of different transactions, there's an option in QuickBooks online to split them.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Find the transaction you want to split.
  3. Select Split from the Type column.
