Question

My bank account is not re-connecting with Quickbooks. I've tried 3 times. I normally live in the UK but am currently trying this from Australia. Could this change things

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to provide some information about linking bank account in QuickBooks Online.

 

As long as the bank is supported, you should be able to link it in QuickBooks regardless of your location. To isolate the issue, I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting.

 

Please start with running a manual update to the account in bank feeds. Here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigation bar, click the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
  2. Go to the Banking tab.
  3. Select Update
