My bank account not syncing after initial set up, is there something I can do to fix this?

Can I verify which bank provider you are currently with? 

 

To resolve the connection issue, please attempt to update the account by signing into QuickBooks through an incognito/private browsing window and gong to Banking > Select the pencil icon on bank account > Edit sign-in info and complete the security information for your bank.
