My bank account won't connect can't get hold of anyone to help

I know how important for your business to have your account connected to the bank feeds. This lets you automatically fetch the latest transactions and categorize them easily in your company.


We’ll have to perform a manual update to refresh the connection between QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) and your Financial Institution. I’ll help make sure you can do this with just a few clicks.


Before we proceed, may I know the name of your bank? Also, did you encounter any errors? Any details you can share will help determine if we have a reported issue.


In the meantime, let’s log in to your company and perform the troubleshooting steps from there. Here’s how:

 

  1. In your company, tap the Gear icon in the upper right and select Bank accounts under Transactions.
  2. This will take you to a page that lists all banks or credit cards connected to the bank feeds.
  3. Navigate to the Connect another account section and press the Refresh all button.

New device 3 weeks ago trying to reconnect bank its deleted all transactions and I can't connect barclays say error oba28
