My bank account wont connect. Shows code 590. I have been told several times by email that it has been sorted but still wont connect

Can I check the type of data that you're missing?

 

Since the implementation of Open Banking earlier this year, which changed the ways in which we connect to banks, we no longer have a direct connection to AMEX. Our team are hard at work to bring in a new connection for this in the near future, and we'll be updating our guide here once this becomes available. In the meantime, you can continue to update your account by uploading a CSV of your bank statements

Can I confirm the bank provider and account type you hold for the account you are trying to connect in QuickBooks?

Hello I have been using quickbooks all year now and been loving it I've recommended it to several friends and family. however, just recently it has lost a lot of data and will now not connect to my AMEX account.
