Can I check the type of data that you're missing?
Since the implementation of Open Banking earlier this year, which changed the ways in which we connect to banks, we no longer have a direct connection to AMEX. Our team are hard at work to bring in a new connection for this in the near future, and we'll be updating our guide here once this becomes available. In the meantime, you can continue to update your account by uploading a CSV of your bank statements.
