My bank doesn't support QuickBooks

Let's make sure that you can bring your bank transactions to QBO, eastmanchesterau.

 

We can request support for your bank. This way, our engineers can conduct a review on your request and your bank might be given a chance to be added in the list of our supported banks.

 

You can follow the steps below:

  1. Select Banking from the sidebar menu.
  2. Click the Add account button.
  3. Enter your Bank's name.
  4. Hit Request support for your bank.

In the meantime, we can manually upload your bank transactions to your QBO account. W website and follow the instructions on how to download them. Currently, these are the supported file formats:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)
  • QBO format

Here's how to upload the transactions:

  1. Go the Banking menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Choose the appropriate bank account.
  4. On the Update drop-down menu, select File upload.
