My Bank of America account will not connect to my quickbooks online account

I get error (560). This has been an issue for over 2 weeks now. I have spoken to 7 different quickbooks agents and not one is able to help me. Is there anyone in the company who can get my bank to connect with my quickbooks account?

Since you're unable to connect your bank account in QuickBooks, let's manually add your bank transactions. Here's how:

 

Download the transactions from your bank

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card’s website.
  2. Follow your bank’s instructions for how to download transactions to your computer.
  3. Select the date range.
  4. Download your transactions.
  5. Save the file on your desktop.

These are the supported file type so you can upload the file into QuickBooks Online:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Upload the transaction

  1. In QuickBooks Online, go to Banking.
  2. Select Upload transactions.
