Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to ensure your bank transfers show in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app, dptheating. I'll guide you through the process.

The QBO app is always in sync with the one on the web. If your bank transfers are already showing in your bank feeds on the web, they should also appear in the app. Since this isn't the case, I'd recommend clearing your app data to refresh the system and remove older files that cause this behavior.

If you're using an Android device, here's how:

  1. Go to the More icon at the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Select Refresh Data and choose Yes.

If you're using an iOS device, here's how:

  1. Go to your phone's Settings.
  2. Select General, then choose iPhone Storage.
  3. Tap QuickBooks Online from the application list.
  4. Select Offload App to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app.

On the other hand, if your bank transfers aren't yet visible on both web and app versions of QBO, you can manually update your connection so your most recent transactions gets downloaded. To do this on the web, here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Select Bank transactions.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Once the update finishes, check the For review tab to find your bank transfer transactions.

After that, access your QBO app and complete your tasks.

Moreover, you can easily categorise bank transactions from your iOS or Android device. For more information and step-by-step guidance, check out this article: Categorise bank transactions in the QuickBooks Online app.
