My bank transfers are still showing on the reconciliation, even though I am up to date and everything is reconcilled

You could be manually recording transfers and then could also be adding them from the bank statement. 

Can we ask how are you adding your transactions in Quickbooks?

Could you give us some more information on the steps you take in recording these transfers? Thanks
