Thanks for getting back to us with additional details, smithandrew85-go.

I'll share some steps with you on how you can resolve this type of error when using Online Banking.

First, log in to your Barclays account on your computer and not on your mobile app.

Second, use the PINsentury token or option. Here's how:

  1. Go back to your Barclays phone app.
  2. Click PINsentry, select Identify and use that code to log into your desktop Barclays account.
  3. Leave your Barclays account logged in.
  4. Log into Quickbooks on your desktop via browser and not on the phone app, then connect your bank from there.

Let me share these articles with you for more details and reference when using Online Banking:

Let's sort this out, @smithandrew85-go.

May I know the name of the bank you're having problems with? Any additional details are a great help for me to provide you with a timely solution.

Then, to confirm any connection issues between your bank and QuickBooks Online (QBO), I suggest reaching out to them to check for any maintenance updates, notifications, or alerts you need to take action. You may also request to establish a secure connection with QBO.

If verified that everything is fine on your bank's end, reconnect it again to QBO and ensure you select the correct name. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Banking or Transactions menu from the left panel.
  2. Then, click Link account or Add account
  3. From the Connect your bank or credit card to bring in your transactions section, input the URL listed for your bank.
  4. Next, follow the on-screen steps to connect your account.

You also may consider uploading your bank transactions manually in QBO. To do so, you'll need to download them from your bank in a CSV file format.

Once all of your bank transactions are in, you can find them in the For Review tab. This is where you match and categorise them to make sure they belong to the correct account.

Feel free to add your reply below if you have further concerns connecting your bank to QBO. I'll standby to help you out. Have a good one and take care.
