Let's work together to get this sorted out, userdaniel-frank.

I know that working with bank reconciliation can sometimes become tricky. Normally, QuickBooks will tell you if there are changes in your books that affect the beginning balance. You can pull up the discrepancy report by selecting the We can help you fix it link to help decide how to fix the issue.

If you've noticed that there's a change in the amount of reconciled transactions in the report, we'll have to adjust them. You can use your bank statement to compare the amount of each transaction. Here's how:

  1. Select the transaction to expand the view.
  2. Click Edit to open the form.
  3. Adjust the total or change the account as needed.
  4. Click Save and close.
