My client uses Revolut bank. We had this connected to their QBO with no problems. It now needs to be reconnected every 90 days, but isn't allowing me - Owner role needed

I can access the bank directly on the Revolut website with no problems, and I am master admin for them on QBO. Any ideas why I am having this problem?

If the message is the owner role needed and you are master admin can we ask is this an account with more than one signatory? Also is there a one-time passcode or other multi-factor authorization like pin sentry linked to this account?

If possible could you attach a screenshot of the error and blackout any bank details
