I'm here to help you on how you can link your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), faruqtariq_98.

When connecting your bank feeds, let's make sure we enter the login details that you use for online banking. Then, input the bank and company details.

Here's how you can connect your bank feed account through Open Banking:

  1. Go to Banking and select Banking.
  2. Tick Connect from the landing page. If you've already created an account choose Add account option.
  3. Search for your bank and press Continue.
  4. Choose Agree on the terms and conditions.
  5. Follow the steps on your bank's internet banking page to authorise QuickBooks to connect to your bank account.
  6. Select the bank accounts you want to connect, and which account they will link to in QuickBooks.
  7. Push the Connect button.

For more details about this one, check out this article: Connect Your Bank Feed via Open Banking.

If you encounter an error message, please refer to this article to troubleshoot the issue: Open Banking Connection Errors.

On the other hand, if you're referring to the other bank accounts link to online banking, we can disconnect them. This way,  QBO just stops downloading new transactions. Just follow the steps and details in this article: Disconnect or delete an account connected to online banking

I have a link here that provides you with articles about managing your bank feeds: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/banking/misc/02/uk-banking?label=QuickBooks%20Online.

I'm just one post away if you need a hand with reconciling your accounts or any QBO related. I'll be here to help. Keep safe and healthy.
