My Lloyds bank account has stoped automatically updating. I have made sure all the authorisations have been done. how can i get it to start again?

Can I verify the specific account-type of the Lloyds account (i.e Business current, Personal) and if you receive a specific error code or message when selecting update on the Banking page?
