My Natwest account has stopped syncing with quickbooks

I have some information about the Natwest bank. We receive a report about this. Rest assured, our engineers are doing everything possible to get this feature up and working again as soon as possible.

 

I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so we can your add your account to the list of affected users. TThis way, you'll receive updates via email as progress is made towards a solution.

 

Here's how to reach out: 

 

  1. Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_GB/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  3. Tap the Search for something else button, then type a brief description in the field.
  4. Hit Search.
  5. Click Get Phone Number or Start a Message.
