My NatWest bank will not successfully and to quickbooks it did before but won’t now I’ve been trying for days with no luck

Let's resolve the error you're having with your bank connection, @brookescarpentry.

 

Can you tell us the error message that you've encountered when trying to add or get your latest transactions in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account? That'll help us check to see if there's an ongoing issue with it.

In the meantime, you can add those missing transactions to your account by adding them manually or by exporting those transactions from your online banking account and import them to QBSE through a CSV file. Check these articles for more information:

From here, you can now categorise transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
