Question

My QB app on iPhone won’t sync my expenses, any ideas how to sort please? I have reinstalled app and I have checked the data on the laptop web version, that’s correct

Let's make sure that you're using the same login credentials when accessing your QuickBooks account on the mobile app.

 

First, let's login to your account using the browser on your laptop. Make sure to manually type in the username and password. Once you're successfully able to access your account, let's take note of the username and password you've entered. Now, let's login to your mobile app using the same login credentials. 

 

If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. A specialist can further your account information and provide you with additional workarounds for you to use the QBO app without any issues.

 

In the meantime, you can use a regular browser to access your QuickBooks Online account. Also, you can use the built-in web browser on your iPhone to access and manage your QuickBooks account.
