My Quickbook bank account has not loaded since December 2018

Which bank account are you having trouble with downloading transactions, bathservice? This will let me know if there are any related reported issues with your bank.

 

We recently updated our bank feeds connections to comply with the new Open Banking regulations. In this case, let's manually update your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can go to the Banking page and click on Update.

 

If you've received an error, try reconnecting your account by clicking on the Reconnect link. If the error persists, follow the steps in this link to resolve this: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error.

 

In the meantime, you'll want to manually import your bank transactions into QBO.
