My Settlements want save in quickbooks keep getting error message

Allow me to share with you some troubleshooting to help save your invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

There are times when too much cache build-up in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. This can be the reason why you're getting an error message when saving your invoices. 

 

To isolate the issue, let's open your account in a private window. This will help us check if the error is related to a browser issue. Simply press the following shortcut keys to access this mode:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once done, try saving an invoice again. If it works, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to make sure your browser functions more efficiently. Otherwise, you can try other supported browsers to help narrow down the cause of this behavior.

 

QuickBooks Online gives you the tools to create attractive, professional-looking invoices, estimates, and sales receipts. You can create custom templates to personalise and add specific info to your sales forms.

I get this error message when trying to send my Amazon Settlements to quickbooks through A2X not invoices

I'd also feel the same when I get that error message when sending Amazon Settlements, maria.

Since the error persists while working with A2X, I'd recommend reaching out to them. They can look further into this matter and give a possible fix. Here's how to get their contact details:

 

  1. Go to Apps from the left pane.
  2. Enter A2X from the search tab.
  3. Scroll down to see the information.
