Natwest techincal issue connecting to quickbooks

can anyone help, I have been messaging quickbooks all day as my Natwest account won't connect to quickbooks its keeps saying technical issue code 572 ...any ideas.

I can get all the way through to select which account to use and then says technical issue I have been trying for 3 days
