Hello Userc-connaughto-4ct, Thanks for posting on the Community page, So as long as transactions are all in QBO then you can still reconcile, you don’t need to have a connected account. If you are having any issues i suggest you ring the supportline on 0808 234 5337 so you can set up a screenshare with the agent so it can be looked into more. The line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm and is free from any UK landline or mobile or you can use our chat service as you can do screenshares on there with the agent.
