new to quickbooks , have added two bank accounts Halifax and Natwest, however now after trying same procedure unable to add Nationwide get this message ( there are currently no eligible accounts for you to use ) any help would be much appreciated

Hi I am new to Quickbooks and in the process of setting up , I've added Natwest and Halifax Banks without difficulty , however each time I try to add Nationwide I get the following message (There are currently no eligible accounts for you to use. Help would be much appreciated

Thanks for coming back to us Scruff1957, can you please ring the support line on 0808 234 5337 and you will be able to set up a screenshare with the agent and they will be able to watch you connect to the account and see what happens and advise what to do next.

What type of nationwide account are you trying to connect too, is it personal or business account? 

 

Are you trying to connect it up on the Quickbooks app or web browser version?

Okay so thanks for your reply, its a personal account , same as the other two that have already been added..

I'm not very technically minded so not sure about your second question, however both accounts were added from the quickbooks page if that makes sense. many thanks for your help
