Question

No Customer Support

Hi,

I have been challenged every other week that Invoices are not getting submitted.

There is no Telephone number or customer support for Quickbooks. Has anyone else experienced this? it only allowed me to put some questions up answered by a  computer. And even if I click "Live-Chat" or "Call Back" it is the computer again answering.

Not sure why I pay for this. Keen to change to a different supplier who has appropriate customer service.

Anyone who knows how to contact Quickbooks or actually get a  human to chat to you would be appreciated.

Cheers Lee

Hi Lee.

I want to make sure your invoices are submitted from QuickBooks with no errors.

If you're referring to invoices that were not sent to your customers, please ensure to tap the Save and send button before closing your invoices. Or, manually send them from the Invoices window.

Here's how:

  1. Click on Sales at the left pane.
  2. Go to the Invoices tab, then look for the transactions you want to send.
  3. Hit Send under Action.

On the other hand, you can connect with our live support via callback or chat. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to the Help menu.
  3. In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Call us

Our live chat is available all day from Monday to Friday, and Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for phone support.

For more hints about handling your invoices and other sales transactions, you can also open the topics from this link: Topics about your company's income and customers.
