Open banking issue

Hello

I have just upgraded our Santander account to the open banking as I had a message to do it before 20-Jan and thought I'd just get it out of the way. 

We have a current account, and a savings account which are both linked to Quickbooks.  But it appears that the savings account is not available for the open banking, just the current account.

I now cannot update my current account transactions in Quickbooks as it is permanently trying to update the other account, which it can't.

Help!

I think this has sorted itself out - the main account is updating fine now.  

But how do I get my transaction over from the savings account into QB's?

Hello Paulaharper

 

Is it a personal or business bank with Santander?

 

At the moment if it is it would be a case of using the other connection for the savings account until that bank is ready for open banking on its other accounts.It is a case of searching for Santander and there is a Santander- other accounts option if you could try that it should upload the transactions

The account I'm having issues with, we think is a personal account.

I'm having a brain-is -frazzled-day today - could you explain what you mean by using the other connection?  And where do I search for other account options?
