Our main account with the Co-operative Bank has become disconnected; I have tried to add it but the Co-operative Bank does not come up in the search. Can anyone help?

Hello, @jaquie.

 

We've been receiving reports from customers who were having difficulty connecting their Cooperative bank account. Currently, it is one of the financial institutions wherein the open banking feature is not available. With the new Open Banking regulations, bank feeds is now turned off.

 

In the meantime, you can upload a copy of your bank transactions to QuickBooks using a CSV file. Here are the accepted formats when importing transactions:

  • Make sure the file is on a CSV (comma-separated values) format.
  • Check if the file has blank lines if it does delete them.
  • Please make sure to select the column header labels (from the dropdowns) that match the column header labels in your CSV file.
  • Your CSV file should contain the following information: Date, Description and Amount.

Once completed, you can start with the importing process.
