Payoneer
Although Payoneer is listed as an Open banking connection available in Quickbooks, additionally this connection worked historically, after being forced to re-connect the open banking link in March by QBO I have been unable to reconnect. Has anybody found a work around as transactions are backing up that I need to reconcile ? Quickbooks support send me these mails every 2 weeks (and have done for 3 months now ! :
"We are currently aware of the frustration caused by issues with connection to Payoneer Bank. Users are seeing error "this account stopped syncing because there's a new way to connect it. To fix this, go to the bank or account site in the window we open. Sign in, then return here. (350)" when authorizing the bank feed in QuickBooks Our banking engineers are working to identify the cause and resolve the issue.", why is Payoneer Open Banking connection still advertised on the Quickbooks website as "AVAILABLE" if it is as advertised how do I connect to it please ?
