Paypal account not updated for 5 days

I can help you in getting your latest PayPal transactions, @tuffpro.

We recently had a report where PayPal transactions were not updated. However, this was already closed and tagged as resolved. Since you're still having this error, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support. 

They have the tools to refresh your PayPal connection to get your latest transactions in a secure environment. Here's how to reach them:

1. From your homepage, click on the Assistant button.
2. Enter contact support on the chatbox. 
3. Provide some insight into the error you're having and then click on I still need a human.
4. You'll now be provided with options to reach them. 
5. Follow the prompts to contact them.

In the meantime, you can manually download the transactions from the bank. Then, upload the file to your account using a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file. Just make sure that your CSV file is formatted correctly to import it successfully. You can use either a 3-column or 4-column format.

The 3-column template has columns for the Date, a Description of the transaction, and the Amount of the transaction. While the 4-column template has Date, Description, and both Credit and Debit column. Check this screenshot:
