Paypal cancelled transaction being pulled through

I have linked our paypal account to banking section on quickbooks online. When its pulled through its showing £1.00 values against cancelled payments. How do i get rid of these?

    Hello parentapps,

     

    Welcome to the Community - thank you for your question!

     

    You can exclude these by ticking the box next to the transaction and clicking Batch Actions at the top of the transaction list - you would then select exclude selected. This will move the transaction to the Excluded tab, where you can tick and delete.
