Private Bank Account Link

Hi new to QB.. If I link my personal Bank Account to QB, can I simply pick out the transactions which have been made from the downloaded list and disregard the others. We often pay for items this way and it used to be classed as paying by cash (petty cash I guess?) Thanks

Hello CC Ultrasound, Thanks for reaching out to the Community😊Yes you can do that. You can set up a separate chart of account( under the cash at bank and in hand dropdown within the chart of account section)to allocate those transactions to and exclude any of the non-business spending when reviewing the transactions.
