Problems connecting Lloyds Business Accout to QuickBooks

I have been trying to link my account to QuickBooks now for over a week without any success. All seems fine at the bank's end but QuickBooks error message says 'there seems to be a problem' .

Very fed up as only signed up recently.

You can manually update the bank account in QuickBooks Self Employed (QBSE). Let me guide you with the steps.

  1. Sign in to QBSE.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Bank accounts.
  4. Click on the Refresh All button

Let's also ensure that you can sign in to your bank's site. If you're able to sign in successfully, look for a message, notification, or alert indicating that something isn't working as it should be.
