Helping you to connect the RBS OneAccount in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is my top priority, @staceywattoncond.

There are a few possible reasons why RBS OneAccount is unable to locate or not compatible with QBO.

  • Use the banking login URL to assure you are using the accurate listing
  • Your bank does not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts)
  • Your bank is not a participating financial institution

Requesting a bank or credit card account in QBO doesn't have an estimated time if when it will be available. Rest assured, I will communicate with our product engineering to asked the updated results regarding RBS.

As a workaround, I suggest to manually upload the bank transactions in QBO to ensure your account is up to date.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting menu, then choose Chart of Accounts.
  2.  Hit Account History in the desired account.
  3. Click the drop-down arrow beside Filter, then select a date range.
  4. Press Apply

After that, let's log in to your bank website to download the transactions and saved it to your computer that you can easily find it. Make sure that the date range for the download is at least one day before your oldest transaction.

Once done, go back to QBO account and start to upload the transactions. Before doing that, review first the file format and size to make sure you can upload the file perfectly.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu in the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Upload transactions.
  3. Click Browse and locate the file you've downloaded from your bank.
  4. Hit Next.
  5. From the QBO account drop-down arrow, choose the account and press Next.
  6. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QBO and select Next.
  7. Choose Let's go when you're ready.
