While QB Payments primarily focuses on transactions within the United States, I'd suggest looking for a third-party application that caters to international payments. These apps offer features such as multi-currency support and streamlined payment processes so you can effectively pay your international vendors or suppliers while ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction experience. 

Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Apps section in the left menu.
2. Next, access the Find apps tab.
3. You can either enter the name of the desired app in the search bar or explore various apps by selecting the Browse category drop-down menu.
