Quickbooks banking has missed out four expenses and one Sales from my bank statement so I cannot reconcile my account, has anyone else come across this problem ?

If the banking connection has missed out transactions, which is unusual on a working connection, you can either manually create the expenses and sale using the +new feature in the top left of the product. Or use the import data>bank data feature in the cog in the top right and import an excel speadsheet which you can then go to banking and add the transactions that way.
