Quickbooks needed to reconnect with my bank after the 90 day period timed out. I reconnected and then it showed almost a years worth of reviewed transactions as unreviewed. How can I fix this?

Hi @ag-handymanservi.

 

Let's figure out the possible reasons why reviewed transactions are showing as unreviewed after connecting your bank.

 

Basically, the system should not uncategorised your transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed, unless the bank is deleted. In the meantime, you can recategorise your bank entries. You can use this article as your guide: Categorise transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

On the other hand, I also recommend connecting with our Support Team. This way, a representative can review the setup of your bank securely and see why the transactions are uncategorised.

 

To contact support:

  1. Open QBSE using a browser.
  2. Select Assistant from the top bar.
  3. Enter your concern or type a general question. If you want to connect with us directly, type or say Talk to a human.
  4. Choose a way to connect with support.
